feat: merge url_api & api_key to App, add application settings page 4e9d5964ae
feat: add clientApiKey per-app for mobile bug submission 40a5f38eaf

refactor: replace global API_KEY with per-app clientApiKey 722bca8a61 
Remove global API_KEY env var and its validation in checkAuth.
Auth via x-api-key now exclusively uses clientApiKey per-app
validated inline on POST /api/bugs.
chore: bump version to 0.1.2 87ffc4ac7d
