bagasbanuna 3290fa99d2 refactor: Migrate UserSearch MainView_V2 to NewWrapper_V2 ...

- Replace NewWrapper with NewWrapper_V2
- Add contentPaddingHorizontal={16} for consistent spacing
- Verify TypeScript compilation
